"Been going there for years. I Bring my girls too and when we go, we easily drop $150. I have gone there for Sophia but of recent, the level of customer service is off. Even Sophia the owner seems detached from her customer base and rarely chooses to acknowledge her customers walking in. This isn’t my main complaint however. I went there on Saturday as a walk in. Me and my 2 girls. We had to wait a good deal of time which I was ok with. When I finally got to the table, I told the tech what I wanted from the get go— a flower design on the ring finger of both hands. When it came to the moment to design, she tells me she doesn’t do designs and had to call another tech over. One tech looked at my picture and started laughing and speaking in foreign tongue which made me very uncomfortable. The other said she was too busy to do that design and that I would need to wait an additional 20 min. Seeing as how I had already waited 2.5 hours, this was not reasonable. So she just threw a few colors on in a haphazard manner which resembled a Checkerboard. Hideous. I didn’t say anything then because I didn’t want to ruin the daughter-mom outing. Wore these hideous nails for 2 days later and got made fun of from colleagues and friends for such a ridiculous job done. I called the salon and asked if I could go in for a correction since the tech did not give me the picture asked for, and they told me I would need to pay for it!!! The receptionist said that because I didn’t specifically tell the check in clerk that I wanted a ring finger accent, it’s my fault for not having the adequate team assigned to me. Are you kidding?? This is a nail salon. Everyone there should know how to do designs. Or at least for the sake of customer satisfaction, cough up the additional $10 to rectify a very bad experience. Won’t go back because of this."

"A male did my nails. The next day they were extremely sore. Something didn’t seem right. Well now they are all just popping off. I am not sure what he did but the job was awful. Did not last!"
