"Update: I called on Saturday to make an appointment for Monday or Tuesday. She told me both days were busy. Wouldn’t let me make an appointment until Wednesday. I think you can only come here if you make an appointment many days in advance, which is a little ridiculous for a nail salon. I’ve been here twice and had really great experiences with the quality of my dip nails. I just wish they would use the newer method of getting the dip off and soak them in the acetone paper towel in the ziploc bag in a bowl with hot water method instead of the old method with individual foils it takes SO much longer. FYI They seem to be mostly appointment only."

"In all the years I’ve been having my nails done this is the very first time I’ve felt compelled to leave a review. First of all, my nails have NEVER looked better and I’ve been to some of the most expensive upscale nail salons in the area and also in Kentucky as that’s where I’m from.. not only did Kim do such an amazing job she took her time and stayed after the salon had closed to finish my nails even when I offered to reschedule to come back so that she didn’t have to stay late. I have never in my life been so happy with my nails, they look incredibly impeccable. The service was just amazing! And I didn’t get treated like a second class citizen for not carrying cash! She was happy to charge my debit card! If you live in the area and you’re not using this salon you need to give them a try I promise you will not go back to where you came from!"

Flower is like family to me and I look forward to my appointments with her. The whole staff is friendly. The salon is super clean. I have never had a bad experience.
