"Really looked forward to doing business with these guys as I saw all the great reviews, unfortunately the level of unprofessionalism I dealt with was unbearable. Since I had to wait for 2 weeks to even get the truck seen… I had another mechanic diagnose the vehicle for $25 in the meantime, they found a leak on a return fuel line. To which I called C&M Diesel back to try and get an estimate for a Drivers side Return Fuel hard line and fuel temperature sensor. -No call back from the business whatsoever. Had an appointment set 2 weeks out, then I call the week of my appointment to find out “oh we don’t have you on the list anymore we thought your truck got fixed” -Never was made aware I was taken off the list, whomever I spoke on the phone with did admit he assumed wrong and admitted he never called me back. I received a call back after my conversation with the business and i appreciated the efforts to tell me “we have time today to LOOK AT IT AND GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE”. After they pretty much wasted 2 weeks of my time, I did not feel like getting an “estimate” today and waiting another 2 weeks to have them repair my vehicle (I was informed the next time I could get an appointment was 2 more weeks out, after my appointment got thrown out). Wouldn’t recommend this business unless you want to call them every week to make sure you didn’t get your appointment thrown away."
