"I have four vehicles that I (or my wife or children) take there regularly, not to mention some other friends who I have convinced to use that shop. For years, I’ve had no problems at all. This particular visit was a little different. I could tell the technician struggled with the air filter housing, so when I got to my next destination, I figured I would pop the hood and take a look. The housing wasn’t anywhere near closed. I went back and got it corrected and thought it would be reasonable to ask for the next oil change free (not just another car wash which I never use anyway), and was told the owner would give me a call to discuss. I wasn’t sure I would ever get that call, but to the owner’s credit, I got it the next day. Had that been my only experience there I would never go back, but given that it was one technician’s error after many years of visiting there, I am willing to give them another chance."
"Okay the guy here are super nice, Brad made sure I was aware of everything going on with the car, there was a 5 dollar off coupon right off rip. They also made sure I was taken next as I pulled up, and offered me water while I waited. 10/10 definitely will be returning to get my oil changed here on out."
