"My first visit was ok, getting info on cost of redoing 2 implants @ 7,800 USD. In Mexico it cost 5000 $ + 1 retreatment crown, in Cancun, who didn't do it properly! I was stopped and frisked by Mexican Marines first time stole my meds from a prescription, second time cuffed me wanting my money, drove me to another part of the city n left me there! A little boy stole my new cell phone in front of my hotel. And the dental work should of just been retreatments 3 crowns. I was manipulated into thinking or purchasing implants that I did not need and now I need to take them out and put new ones in excuse me- robbed, a 5 day visit became a 3 week ordeal!!!Plus with flying Mexico is a huge no no. Plus you can't get check ups so... I went to check another Dentist.. To get multiple evaluations, you should always do!!! 4 months later I call to set a 2nd appointment at Chois. Well....... Rather than say not to come I'm done helping you, we had NO agreement yet, hadn't got there even soo. Dr. Choi makes me come into the office to tell me he's done with it. WOW, that's a first! I had my info sent to another Dentist and that effectively ended his wanting to have me be his patient. Could of called, or Texted or email that. But no. He made sure to inconvenience me like he felt I had done him. Not someone I want in my mouth repairing my teeth. The young ladies were all kind and professional! Plus they were so busy I waited months to even be able to reschedule... If we don't speak up, we who been abused or inconvenienced the high score or stars mislead others."

"I've been seeing Dr. Choi and his team for several years and I'm just now writing this review. My previous dentist had retired and the dentist that took over for them wanted to do bridges and root canals. I wanted a second opinion and saw Dr. Choi. He didn't think any of that extensive work was needed. He saved my teeth and he saved me thousands of dollars of unneeded dental work. He is incredibly caring and has his patients' best interest at heart; I almost can't begin to tell you how awesome he is and how awesome his staff is. If you need a dentist, look no further!"
