"Dr. Williamson has been my dentist for a number of years. He is funny, respectful, and, most of all, excellent at what he does. I also give kudos to the entire staff for their cheerful, interested and respectful treatment of patients."

"Just recently started going to this Dentist, I’d say the staff are probably some of the nicest staff I’ve come across! Everything is very organized and easy to schedule appointments. When prescribed medication after treatment time is taken to inform you of said medications and their uses. SO HAPPY I was referred here!"

"I used to go here regularly before the pandemic. The office staff was wonderful and the work done was exceptional and painless. First time back post pandemic. Now I'm looking for a new dentist. Making a patient wait a month when they're in pain isn't reasonable, but I can understand it. Places get busy. Spending an hour lecturing that patient on their insurance situation and then cancelling the appointment because there isn't time is not reasonable or acceptable. Neither is the condescending attitude of the woman running the office. Dr Williamsonay still be a good dentist, but I'll never know because I can't get past his receptionist."

"I just had an extremely upsetting and unsafe experience at this dental clinic. I made an appointment for an intake and did all of the tests and x-rays . He insists on meeting with patients multiple times to discuss a plan of action. I actually liked this at first. I sent my father to see him and my kids has an appointment next week. 2 weeks ago I chipped my tooth and called to see if I needed a cleaning prior to having it fixed, I was told “no” and that I could come in and have the work done. it was a tiny tiny chip on my front tooth. When I arrived, I was led into an office, rather than a dental chair, and in the office, alone with doctor ron. he told me I would not have anything done today because I had not listened to the report he wrote up after completing all of my testing. Apparently he likes to have you schedule a second meeting after your tests to review his findings, and I had not done this. He said “you are going to sit there and listen to this report.” I told him I was confused because I made an appointment for dental bonding and no one told me that I couldn’t have it done. I had moved my whole day around to have this done and wasn’t understanding why he would have me come in when he wasn’t going to perform the service. He started screaming at me and threw a folder in my face. An assistant came in and asked if everything was ok since she could hear me crying. I said no and that I wanted to speak with the office manager . This was not normal behavior. I have never seen something like this before from a professional. He accused me of wanting to treat him “like a clown nose that you drive up to and talk into.” because i didn’t want to listen to his report. Overall, I was triggered by this aggressive behavior and it scares me to think that I was planning on bringing my kids there. I stayed to make sure all of my protected health information was given to me or shredded before I would leave. This man isn’t incompetent or bad at his job… this man is incredibly unstable and I think it’s actually dangerous for him to be unsupervised with patients. I am someone who has a fear of the dentist already… I was going there to be a good example for my kids and to face my fears and I left feeling confused and traumatized. Do not go here. this man needs psychological help."
