"My 2 year old son’s teeth started to decay so he was scheduled to come back in to receive 4 composite fill-ins for his front 4 teeth. His appointment was scheduled for 8am on 7/14, we arrived at 7:57 he didn’t start treatment until 8:58/9 which I am very patient and understand wait but he’s TWO so it’s only so long you can keep a toddler occupied/calm before they get antsy and ready to go or run around or keep them from crying. He had his reg check up appt in April. It was never stated he had a cross bite so it would affect the longevity of the fillings and I might have to “explore options” if they don’t last and possible extraction (which he’s 2 as I said the teeth are gonna fall out anyways) so I’m not understanding the run around and why it wasn’t stated earlier so options could be explored then when I was being directed to return for fill-ins. NOT ON THE DAY OF THE APPT WHERE HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE GETTING HIS TEETH FIXED and you’ve already billed his insurance. Almost a month later, I’m driving and he was chewing on the straw of his cup so the front right filling cracked and came off. I called in the very next morning to see if he could come in and get it replaced, I’m being told he wouldn’t be able to be seen until OCTOBER and we’re in August when school is about to start as-well as his 3rd birthday approaching. I just feel it’s another African American practice all about money so I’m gonna seek out else where. His very first appt. when meeting the dentist herself was the only appt I really enjoyed."

"For a pediatric dentist you would think that the people would be kid friendly. My sons first experience at the dentist, will set the standard for the rest of his visits and now he don’t want to go after visiting this office. The only person who was nice and spoke to him like a child ( explaining what she’s doing/ trying to interest and engage him) was the dentist. The hygienist was rougher with him then i would have liked to see especially after not really making him feel comfortable with the process he’s a child he’s not just going to let a stranger put a strange utensils up to his mouth and expect him to cooperate. I will not be back."

"I love Dr. Parker and her staff! Our 27 year old daughter started coming to Dr. Parker when she was 3 years old (1998) and continued until she aged out at 18. Our 11 year old son has been seeing Dr. Parker as well for 9 (2013) years and will continue until he ages out as well! The staff is ALWAYS professional, polite, respectful and last but definitely not least, they don't make you wait! My time is precious and it's not wasted here!"

"My daughter has been going to Dr. Parker's office for 13 year's. Everyone is friendly and welcoming from the beginning to the end of each appointment. Dr. Parker and her staff takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice , it is not easy to find a great dentist for your kids, I highly recommend Dr. Amy Parker's office."

"The wait times are really long. We wait at least an hour when we get there. Appointments are always scheduled 3 months even if you call to schedule ahead of time, you appointment will be at least 3 months away. I really like Dr. Parker and the other female Dr that works there. They’re both very professional and thorough. However, the office fails to treat people with respect with regard to our time. I just finished nursing school and will be getting my kids better insurance. Better insurance = better options for healthcare."
