"How is it that this dental office gives bad review? Oh wait, it just does. Take a look at the previous reviews. My wife was a patient there, and not anymore. For a lot of reasons, such as rescheduling an appointment on the same day that was not scheduled on her availability. Another, multiple appointments for one problem. And the other is, being referred to someone else while they caused the issue. Is this mostly your way on getting more money out our pockets? Or is it you don’t have the best individuals to help your patients. As speak for my wife, I truly feel bad for her because of multiple appointments and days she had to mis work over the same issue. I don’t want an apology, I don’t want gratitude and I don’t want customer support. All I want I is apology for every patient that went to that office. To say I’m sorry in person and not by someone else or by a phone call."

"For something so unpleasant, Aspen Dental made it a pleasant experience. I went in with severe pain, the kind that brings one to tears. Everyone that I encountered was professional and kind. They explained what was going to happen at each step and performed their jobs with care. I will recommend this place to others because I was treated with respect and dignity. Thank you Aspen Dental for your great service!"

"If I could give a zero I would. Aspen canceled my appointment twice due to “power outages” stating ; the generator should be repaired within two days. Upon scheduling a different date I was told that I could not get a cleaning on my first appointment, It is required that the first appointment be a Comprehensive exam that would take 2 hours and then it would be determined what my insurance would pay and what I would need to pay. I’m not having any issues with my teeth, I only need a cleaning. My gut tells me to run for the hills. I thanked and informed the receptionist I would not be interested in their service. Sounds like a setup waiting to happen."

"The convenience of being able to book appointments online drew me in. I got to my appointment 15 minutes early so I could fill out all the paperwork and not cause them to run behind. I arrived at 11:30 for my 11:45 appointment, filled out my paperwork then waited and waited and waited... when 12:30 came around with no context as to when I would be seen, I asked the receptionist who very kindly went to ask. The hygienist indicated she was finishing up with someone so it would be a few minutes. At that point I know it would still be at least another 10-15 so I told the receptionist to cancel my appointment. I had a work meeting at 1pm which should have been more than sufficient for a dental cleaning. I'll never go back."
