Rochester Dental Aesthetics Dr. Mike Papastamatis

"First thing when you set up appointment they send you link to fill out all paperwork via electronically which is very convenient. Upon your arrival and you walk in to get checked in and they have a tablet to get checked in you are greeted by smiling faces and warm greeting either by Megan or Michelle. This was my first visit there so I was happy that they did my cleaning in reverse order so I got to speak to Dr. Mike first and share my concerns in person. He was very receptive and discussed dentistry stuff intelligently but not in a way I couldn’t understand. Then it was on to get my teeth were x rayed and scanned. The x ray was painless and quick. Thanks Sammy! However I was most impressed with the scanning. This was very cool option they do. You get to see a real life 360 degree of inside your mouth. My next process was my teeth cleaning by Kim. She was pleasant and friendly. She got my teeth all cleaned up quickly which is a nice thing because dentist appointments and buying cars is the two least liked things. I then scheduled my next cleaning and as I walked out Michelle took care of all my questions I had for my insurance, payments, and handled the difficulties with such easy going confidence."

"Everything about this office is excellent. The front staff, Lisa and Michelle are very efficient, warm, and welcoming. Sam, the assistant to Dr. Mike is a gem as well. I was feeling a bit anxious and she was so calming and a lovely person. I immediately felt relaxed. Dr. Mike is a fantastic dentist. His numbing shots are almost painless. He explains every step and is extremely compassionate! I appreciate his knowledge and kindness. As a back story, I am a patient of the previous dentist he took over the practice from, Dr Weinberger. Thank you Dr. Weinberger for leaving me in the excellent hands of Dr. Mike and Staff."

"I have been going to Rochester Dental Aesthetics for a little over 4 years and they’re hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had! The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. My hygienist Jackie does a fantastic job and truly cares about your oral health. Dr. Mike is excellent!! He takes the time to explain all the procedures and makes sure he understands my concerns. I wish I would of met Dr. Mike sooner because he is definitely the BEST dentist that’s ever worked on my teeth! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office to everyone!"

"Dr Mike is an awesome Dentist. He was very thorough today and explained everything. They have a state of the art facility and everyone was very nice and helpful. My family had a cleaning by Sara and she was awesome! She took her time to make sure everything was done right! My 4 year old and 10 year old are usually a little reluctant to go to the dentist and have their teeth cleaned but Sara made it fun for them!! I highly recommend this office and we hope to be here for a long time."
