"I’ve been going to River Oaks Dental for four years this is a new location on Warren Ave. they’ve always been very friendly helpful and dedicated to the services that they provide. I really appreciate Kim the receptionist she makes sure you understand your billing costs, the hygienist the, dental assistants. they will let you set up a payment plan, for your treatment, and they really take care of the children they come in for visits. They accept all forms of Medicaid, performs root canals, fillings, (white & Mercury). A great place if your looking for a new dentist."

"I had my teeth clean and the hygienist was great. I was told by Dr. Macki that i would need a crown put on a tooth that was broke and cracked. I received a document for how much it will cost for the procedure out of pocket, it also has the price for the procedure and adjustment amount but it doesn't includes how much my insurance company will pay. I'm having my primary provider changed. This place sounds like a rip off. I gave a three because my hygienist was great and so was the front desk staff."

"I brought in my son for a cleaning appointment , and I must say the Dental Hygienist is AMAZING!!!! She greeted us so respectfully, explained the procedure very well, and made sure she reviewed everything with myself and him before any thing to be done. I was present at the full appointment and she really made sure that he was taken care of especially since he has severe anxiety. If you want your teeth cleaned you definitely would want to schedule with there dental hygienist , she knows what she is doing and really takes time to help her patients improve their brushing and flossing. I will be coming back. Thank you"

"Was going to this dentist for my dentures & partials. Was told by the dentist at my first appointment after getting 3 of my back teeth pulled at my next appointment I would be having my remaining back 3 teeth pulled. Not only did I wait almost 4 hours to just get numbed, I didn't have any work done. She embarrassed me and also treated me like what I wanted done didn't matter. She wanted to pull teeth VERY close to my front teeth and have me walking around looking like a bum. When I expressed these feelings to her she became very unprofessional. I will not be going back there again. I do NOT recommend this place, if you want to wait for hours on end, be belittled and have your concerns ignored go ahead this is the place for you."

"HORRIBLE! I see a dentist every 6 months. I changed my insurance and ended up switching to Premier Dental who was a dentist also at River Oaks Dental... the dentist informed me I had 13 cavities I thought nothing of it and trusted her professional judgment. I had all13 fillings filled that same day. A few days later I felt pain that continued for 2 months. I kept going back to let the dentist know and she waved it off saying its fine until I asked her to please check it out. She then told me I need 4 root canals. I decided to go somewhere else to get another opinion. I did not need a root canal nor the 13 cavities filled! Please make sure if you are going here, you get a honest opinion!"
