"Very disappointing. Called on Feb 13 to make an appointment for my son. Spent over 25 minutes on the phone and was placed on hold at least twice to allow time for the receptionist to verify they accepted my insurance. Before getting off the phone I asked her if she could verify that the dentist was an in-network provider. She advised me yes. The next day I get a text to confirm my appointment. No problem. Then another text 2 days later to confirm the same appointment. On Monday, Feb 19th I receive a call asking for my insurance information once again. Then on Feb 20th another call once again asking for my insurance information. This time I was asked to send a picture via text. All of this just to be told a day before my son’s appointment that they do not accept BCBS dental!! So incompetent. So basically a whole week went by before someone could actually confirm the insurance. Blue Cross is not an obscure insurance. Why did it take 3 different times before someone could confirm whether or not if the office accepted it? 25 minutes on the initial call should have been enough time to confirm and to avoid multiple calls and frustration."
"My first time coming here and the lady at the front desk was rude for no reason I ask a question about my children documentation she told me to react the paper after I told her I didn’t understand she is the first person you see when u walk into this office I don’t k ow if she was having a bad day but she was not welcoming and didn’t want to help me out very rude and arrogant"
"Extremely friendly staff! My little kids felt safe and comfortable while getting their teeth cleaned. The Doc. explained every step of the cleaning process to my girls. I appreciated the Doc’s patience and guidance! See you all in 6 months!"
