From the initial phone call setting up my appointment, Elaine was very empathetic and made me feel at ease and welcomed. Dr Pelc is absolutely amazing and talked me through every step of the procedures I had done. Dr Mitch Solverson is excellent too and great with my 5 year old who is always a bit nervous to see the dentist. "I am a newer patient at Rochester Family Dentistry but I have been definitely made to feel like I have been there forever. I recently had to have some extensive oral surgery and prior to the surgery, Dr. Mitch took the time to understand my medical concerns and how they related to my dental concerns. He collaborated with the surgeon at another practice to make sure that the treatment plan was going to be the best for the situation. After having a 4 1/2 hour surgery, I was in some considerable pain and there were some things that were unable to be done at the surgery center. Dr. Mitch responded right away when we called after the surgery and offered to check on my healing process and do the adjustments and relines on Labor Day. I can't tell you how much I appreciated his patience in explaining the process to my mother and I, his willingness to take time out of his holiday to help me, and his understanding in listening to and answering our questions. Elaine is fantastic as well. Even though I had already scheduled my follow-up appointment earlier in the day, Elaine called later to check on me because she was out of the office when I had called.
