"Fred is no longer the owner. When Fred was in charge, it was an honest American business with great service. I made the mistake of thinking the same with the new owners. I was charged $150 to weld two muffler hangers and patch a hole. But, they did a poor welding job and covered it up with muffler puddy, then wrapped pipe hanger strap ($4.99 at ACE hardware) and hung it with a small adhesive hook, and did no welding there. The muffler “welds” lasted maybe 2 months impressively. One thing I can thank them for is inspiring me to buy a welder and do it myself, now my truck is perfectly silent now that I did it myself! Pro tip for anyone, F&R with Fred was the last good mechanics around. Now that he’s gone, go learn how to do stuff yourself."

"I change my mind they damaged my vents front and on top the front don't work anymore, nothing come out no heat or cold, was working when I took it there having a lot of heat coming from the top of my vent. When I'm driving heat is coming out the top vents and I don't have it on, it get so hot in my vehicle I'm scared to drive it I filed an complaint I want my money back and my vehicle fix back the way it was."
