Family & Cosmetic Dentistry: Grindling & Tobola

"I would like to start off by saying that Dr. Kyle Grindling did a exceptional job creating a bridge expanding over three teeth. My disappoint is with the office staff. I have dental insurance that took the office staff 2 months to get the authorization. Even waiting all this time it still cost me over $4,000 which the best of my knowledge this was the full price of the service. I required additional dental work. I scheduled the next visit to have another crown replaced. This appointment was set for February 17th with the follow up appointment for March 10th which is required (3 weeks) to have the crown made. Upon arriving for this appointment I was informed that I didn't have an appointment that it was for February 10 and I missed it. If i had missed this appointment why wasn't I notified? They were willing to make a new appointment for the 24th. The 24th of April 2 months from now. I felt like they didn't appreciate me as a customer or my time. I guess I will be seeking a new dentist."

I now come here for my regular appointments and have nothing but pleasant experiences with everyone who I’ve interacted with. It’s now about 30 minutes away since I’m working from home for the time being, but I still want to make the trip there because of how great my experiences always are."
