"They failed to submit my insurance claim. I paid them in full 4200$ cash at the time of service. Months later after many more appointments they told me about their failure to submit my claim and that the 4200$ bill is now a 5000$ bill and that I'm responsible for the 800$ balance even though they failed to submit the claim. The office admin is rude and I don't see how I should be responsible for this 800$ balance when they failed to submit the claim. I called my lawyer and he stated I had a valid law suit. Dr. Jay is great he explains things well and does great work. His office is very lackluster and terrible customer service. I went there many times and now I'll never be going back because of the way the office treated me and their failure to do their job on the office side. They even had the audacity to send me a 250$ late payment bill. I will never be paying. Thank you for impacting my credit score and losing a customer. :)"
"I can't say enough good things about my experience at this practice today. I broke a tooth on a Friday, and to my surprise, they were open on a Saturday!
