"After using their after hours emergency service and contacting the numbers provided on their voicemail, we received a letter of dismissal that they no longer wanted to see us. I was seriously bummed to have received this and wasn’t given a reason as to why, but presumed that was it. We had been going to JSP for nearly 15 years and it was quite the let down."

"If I could give a zero star I would. Had an appointment at 9am for my child as a new patient. They text me at 9:04 asking if I was there. I was getting my children out of the car into my double stroller. Got to the front desk at 9:08. She said I missed my appointment and couldn't be seen! Then asked if I'd like to reschedule... no I absolutely do not want to reschedule with this place. So just know if you're a few minutes late they won't see you. After that I was glad non of my children were seen here."

"The office staff and Dr. Synder are very friendly. Nonetheless, the treatment I received from the office was not what I paid for. I've had gum issues my whole life that had escalated into having to have deep cleanings. Not only was the hygienist adamantly insisting that I wasn't keeping up with my dental routine but she also did not provide me with the true deep cleaning that I was paying for. I have been with another dentist for over a year and not only was the deep cleaning a bit cheaper it was way more thorough and an actual deep cleaning. My new dentist also praises me for my dental routine habits. It was also explained to me that had I of received the correct and proper deep cleaning procedure my gum health would have improved much quicker and would have prevented some of my bone lose. I left my new office after my first deep cleaning thinking wow I had never truly had a deep cleaning. Months later my new dentist stated the same thing. I would go elsewhere if your gut tells you too. I'm so thankful I listened to my gut. My son is also receiving much better normal cleanings now too."
