"I called ahead and made an appointment. When I got there, they had every pedi bowl filled and I was told I’d have to wait half an hour because they had a bridal party. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this to me with appointment times. What’s the point with making appointments? Really not cool. Won’t be returning again."
