"Horrible place to get your car fixed total rip off. They tried to charge me 1700$ to change a radiator in my 2013 truck. After paying over 2000$ on over heating issues. Car was taken there 3 times for same issue in the course of 3 months. Manager has a very nasty attitude towards women when they question him on pricing. List goes on. They need there old management back or they won’t be in business much longer."

"This business is not honest. They told me I needed tire and I had tires sent to the business. I had them installed the tires. They broke a tire sensor which made my tpms light come on. The new tire started making noise and when I took my car back to the business they said I needed all kinds of repairs.They told me my Transmission fluid was low and I took my car to Honda and they said my fluid fine. I had Honda dealership put my car their machine and none of what they said I need didn’t show up. My husband paid they 3000.00 dollars to take a service engine light off his car and it is still on. These people are not to be trusted."

"I would not go here if your life depended on it. The owner Tamer would not let me use the bathroom after I asked him if I could. This was my first time at his place of business. I am a new resident of the Ypsilanti area and was looking for reasonable car care to build a relationship with. I went in for an oil change and Barra took all of my information down, including my address. I was flabbergasted at the fact that Tamer obliged to do business with me but did not let me use the restroom. After I tried to explain that I was a paying customer, he still would not accommodate. He was also trying to charge me $185 dollars to change a simple headlight bulb that could only cost about $40 bucks when in comparison to other businesses. He wanted to charge $125 to do a diagnostics on a check engine light. He is not giving at all and does NOT work with you. It really seems like all he wants to do is take your money. I would never do business with this place again just off the simple fact, it has poor customer service. Advice: We spend a lot of money to tend to our cars. We shouldn’t have to worry that we cannot use the bathroom when we are there. I want to feel valued and respected as a customer. At this place you will not feel this way at all. Overall, It was a HORRIBLE experience because he did not make me feel welcomed or comfortable. DO NOT spend your hard earned money or do business here. Tamer does not care."
