"I went online to the Ford Hines Park website, although all the Ford dealers share the same content, I was looking for an oil change for my F-150. There is no information about their oil changes, pretty basic service inquiry yet they have a coupon WITH NO PRICE that says you can get your oil changed up to 6 quarts... big deal. What kind of oil? How much? Need an appointment? Those are more reasonable answers I was looking for. Typical dealership maintenance....."

This was my first time here and I never had any work done on my car at a dealership before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. To my surprise, Everything went really good, and after they finished the check they updated me on everything as well as how my car is. They didn’t try to sell me into doing anything more than what I needed (which wasn’t anything at the moment). They clearly stated what I would need in the future and when I should look into getting it fixed as well. I am very happy with my services there and will definitely be back!"
