I arrived in Ann Arbor a few weeks ago from my native country, and one of the very first things I did was buy a car from a car dealer, thinking I would get a car in good condition. However, not only was the car not in good condition, but the engine light kept coming on first due to a tune-up issue, and later due to a timing chain problem. This place is fantastic! The people are professional, but most importantly, respectful. Majed, the owner, and all the professional mechanics who work there deserve infinite thanks. They received my car every time with open hands and even checked and fixed some things as a favor. I couldn’t be more grateful!!! 5/5"

"A2 guys are the best, fastest, friendliest, inexpensive one-stop auto shop in the area. I have an old quirky car with odd problems, but A2 always helps & even fixes things (like a loose door latch coming apart) I didn't ask for. Plus, gas is the cheapest in Ann Arbor, same price cash/credit, and air is free."

"These guys wear Capes! We broke down on the highway out of state after 5pm. They had our caliper replaced and we were on our way in an hour. They saved our trip and were VERY reasonably priced. These are good hardworking people"

"Did a bad paint job for my car hood then vandalized my car in retaliation when I took it back to him to get it wet sanded. They later lied to my insurance company saying that the car was already vandalized when I brought it in. Lucky that I showed my car to another body shop for an estimate before coming to him and they kept photo records of it. I could finally get my insurance company to cover it. Response to business---- What are you trying to say? That Gerber Collision (a national chain of car body shops) engages in fraud? That I would deliberately vandalize my already factory painted car ? They submitted photographs to my insurance company before the insurance company approved my claim which was initially denied after the insurance company reached out to you about my complaint. Those photographs were taken at your parking lot with clear landmarks such as the gas station, the food truck, and other nearby businesses. These photos have timestamps and location stamps in their meta data. Even if an unknown person did it, vandalism is still covered by insurance. Why do you think that I would take the effort to put this review if I have nothing to gain from it? What dents did you repair? My car was inspected by both Gerber Collision and Ross beakes. I have quotes from them. Their estimators have talked to the insurance companies about this. This was done with a blade over the paint tape. You did this because I brought the car back to get your painting mistakes fixed. You're lucky that I haven't pressed criminal charges for vandalism against your shop."

"AJ and his family are amazing. I was in a very tough situation and found this business on Google. I am glad I am. My car needed major work. They were closing and checked my car out for over an hour. They were honest with the scope of work and recommended that I take it else where. They found a car repair that is open tomorrow near by ran by a friend of theirs and helped me get my car there. They even dropped me off near by at a hotel! I tried to pay them and they refused. They have integrity and are very kind people. A plus. If you have any need for your car, these are the people to do it. They have restored my faith in humanity."
