"BLACK PEOPLE BEWARE!!!! Do not go to this office!!!! THE FEMALE STAFF IS VERY UNKIND TO BLACK PEOPLE!! Dr. Berro nice but he lets the females turn people away. I had an appointment and I was on time. I sat there for 15 minutes and no one told me how long my wait would be or even why I was waiting. After 20 minutes go by I ask how long it would be. I am informed that they do not know. I ask how long the cleaning would be because I have to be back at work by 12:15 (my appointment time was 11). The cleaning would be 45 minutes and they still don’t know how long it will take before I’m seen and this is at 11:24. I asked why didn’t they call me and push my appointment back? No response. I had another appointment for the next day to records so I could get braces but since I couldn’t be seen I asked them to cancel and left to my car to call my boss. I come back by 11:29 and they informed me that they were about to call me back but I walked out. If you were almost done with someone why didn’t you inform me of this??? Jess at the front desk gets mad and walked out and told her boss Susan to handle it. Susan tried her best but Jess was very rude and disrespectful already so why would I pay you to be rude to me?? They told me I needed exrays when I already did those on my last visit and they couldn’t find my information so that made me feel like they don’t keep the patient’s information safely secured. I will not be returning and neither should you. Jess needs to be fired."

"This was my first time visiting this office and it was more than I could have wanted. The two Jessica’s, at the front desk and hygienist made the experience more than wonderful. The dentist was very knowledgeable, helpful, and empathetic. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend this place."

"I could not recommend this place enough. I came into their office after years of giving up on taking care of myself and they truly made me not regret it. When told the work i needed done the staff was so kind and assured me through my anxiety and even stated they can do one thing at a time if needed so i can do my care but as/when i can afford it. They are truly some of the sweetest humans that just want to give people their smiles back. The world needs more humans in dentistry like these ones."

Dr. Hanan is a perfectionist and I really appreciate how she made my sons teeth perfect and he has a great smile now!"
