"Had my Veloster Turbo with Chris after it went into limp mode on the freeway. Every diagnostic step he started with the cheapest thing first rather than jumping into the most expensive. He kept in contact while I waited for parts from Korea, and did everything possibly in the meantime to get it running smooth again. Very reasonable pricing, very good experience overall."
"It took a little time to get my vehicle in for service but there was good reason. Based on the excellent service, great communication and fair pricing offered by Chris and his staff, they must be in big demand. I've been looking for a primary auto service location since moving to MI a few years ago. Finally, I believe I've found it. Auto repair is a skill, for sure, and should come with a price. However, Thayer's appears to believe that there is a fair price for what they do, enough to earn profit to stay in existence and grow, and to bring a reliable service to the customer who should come back again and again, when need arises. For any business, that repeat customer is far better than throwing money at advertising with coupons to attract someone else in the door. I will repeat at Thayer's and word from my mouth is already being spread. Thank you, Chris."
