"Beware, beware, beware! I do not recommend anyone to get anything from this location. Most of the employees do not know how to help me locate anything. Every time I ask an employee for help they redirect me to someone else. Most of the products are not available at the location. I’ve went multiple times and I’ve had multiple missing items that stated it was there, but it was not. The place is very messy unorganized and most of the employees are acting very lazy. If you hate waiting at the DMC “boy, I tell you” Home Depot is the next best place."

"Don’t place any delivery this people very incompetent;I place an order of 85 sheets of drywall and 15 bag of insulation and they brought the drywall all wet, I told the person I couldn’t receive it and the person told me if you don’t receive it you’re gonna have to wait a long time to get your order….I call them and spoke with a lady,who was telling me that I had to wait 7 days to get my drywall deliver….I ask for a supervisor but the lady told me their supervisor was going to tell me the same thing…. I was like ok I can start installing the insulation while I wait for the drywall bud when I installed one of the insulation bags, I realize that they sent me one that was the right size and the rest of them bigger than the one that I order I call them and they told me that they was going to send somebody to go pick it up for them to come so I waited the two days and I receive a call from the driver saying that he was seven minutes away from the address I told the driver I was 10 minutes away from there,the driver tell me that he was going to wait for me so when I started getting ready to go in my car I see the truck coming to my residence address I said of going to the job site address I told the driver you in the wrong address. Can we go pick up the bags from the jobsite address? He told me I can unless if Home Depot says the address the driver left and I call Home Depot and they told me that there was nothing that they can do then I had to wait for next day for them to come and pick up the bags of insulation. I waited next to the next day from 10 a.m. to 2:30 PM ain’t nobody show up or call me. I called a Home Depot and they told me that there is nothing that they can do. That the driver is a contractor that they are in transit I told the lady can you call them and she said that there’s no way to get in contact with them. It’s just so frustrating. I got a customer waiting and I’m losing since the 27th of December 2023, and today is 2 January 2024 and I haven’t got my complete order right.They are just so incompetent that I don’t want anybody to go through this situation."

"Ford and Mercury Drive is at best mediocre,at least it's not as bad as the one at 7 mile and Meyers. That place is really bad. I would rather travel miles to go to a mom and pop and pay more anyway,than go to one of your stores. DON'T CLOSE IT, FIX IT!"

"had the most frustrating experience with Home Depot! I bought appliances 10 day ago, and they haven't arrived yet. Customer service has been an absolute nightmare to deal with – unhelpful and unable to provide any real answers. The lack of communication about the delay is unacceptable. I relied on these items and now I'm left scrambling to find alternatives. Disappointed and highly dissatisfied with their poor service and inability to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future."
