"I put one star because they don't have zero star, let's talk about customer service first, horrible, very rude and disrespectful, now the furniture, I bought a living room set, less than a year ago, we barely sat on them, already they are ruined, I paid over $5000, for the set, u can see the inside of it is shifted and it's hitting the floor, looks really bad, I called the store on ford road the gentleman that answered was very unprofessional and very disrespectful, he said the lady that sold me the furniture is on vacation, I told him I bought the furniture from the store not her house. Didn't get nowhere with him. I will never ever purchase any furniture from them, me or anyone from my family members or friends, the way I see it it's scam store."

"Would not recommend this business. We purchased a couch and upon arrival it had a horrible chemical smell. We were told to air it out, which we did to no avail. The fumes made both me and my husband physically ill. They did replace it but we are now having the same issue with the replacement couch, even after days of ventilation. A piece of furniture is not complete and ready to be sold if it's still off gassing that bad."
