"Dr. Berman is great but it's not worth dealing with the staff! These people, atleast the ones i talked to were not at all helpful and were rude and act as if your wasting their time. When your in pain they couldn't care less and with the prices they charge, patients deserve more respect! There are plenty of capable dentists who DO TREAT people with respect AND compassion."

"Dr. Berman is a great dentist! I have been going to him for years. His office staff is absolutely the worst. Verified my appointment time to arrive 15 minutes early to be told my appointment was at a different time then what they had verified. Was then told I would have to wait the three our difference to see if there was even a chance the Dr could help me. I have no insurance, so apparently that means I want to be treated like trash and talked to like a toddler. The front staffer just kept repeating the price of a cap (about $100 more than every other office I called after I stormed out of there) like I don't know how money works. Clearly I know it isn't free. I prepared for that. Will never go back, even though I have been a patient since baby teeth."

"I used to go to this office years ago and I always loved the service provided by Dr. Berman and the other doctors working in the office. However, I just switched insurance. This is an insurance that Dr. Berman's office accepts, but this office does discriminate against whether or not you purchased the insurance through the Marketplace or through your employer. This is obviously a decision based on the current political climate of the Marketplace, but a consumer should be aware of this when deciding their insurance and their doctor. Overall, great service, but will not accept the insurance policy IF it's through the Marketplace."
