"This establishment does not provide any warranty for their services. Should an issue arise after you've left, they refuse to take any responsibility and argue against the practice of offering warranties in general. If you wish to avoid wasting your money, it would be wise to explore alternative options. I paid six thousand dollars to repair two teeth, only to have both crowns fall off within a year. Now, they're demanding an additional two thousand dollars to replace them. When I inquired about a warranty this time around, I was met with a flat refusal. Should you find yourself facing a similar situation, consider lodging a complaint to put an end to this deceptive practice."

"I shudder when I drive past this place. Quoted me at thousands of dollars out of pocket for a "broken tooth", and I'm double insured. I got a second opinion, and this dentist found ZERO broken teeth. Aspen dental pushes services that you don't need, will tell you that you have gingivitis when you do not, will force you to take home a $200 toothbrush that even when you tell them it's not needed, they will say that it's already been billed and is apart of their "care package". Your dental insurance will not cover this toothbrush just fyi. Before we realized that they lie to every patient my husband went in to have a temporary cap replaced with a permanent one. He was quoted at again several thousand dollars after insurance, when we called the following week to say we were not moving forward with them and he was canceling his future appointments the office manager said that the parts had already been made and were being shipped, so therefore we had to pay. Pay for items that have not even been placed in my husbands face?? Are you joking? We called the next day to talk to them again, and to no ones shock the same office manager said that the parts actually hadn't been made yet so we didn't have to pay for them. So he lied and then after realizing we weren't backing down he finally admitted he was wrong. It's like everyone who works here went to school to scam people, they are pathetic and sad."

"Efficiently run. Modern machinery. Very friendly staff, but that all doesn’t make it worth the visit. I went in as an emergency visit at 9 am because a quarter of a molar had cracked off. I had two days before I left for an international trip. I talked to the dentist for less than a minute. I left at almost noon with a cracked tooth. The office manager recommended more than $18,000 of work. Why wasn’t I talking to the dentist about that much extensive work?! The office manager not a dentist told me I needed to take antibiotics. I didn’t understand why. Why was an office manager explaining my treatment and not a dentist. For me, that’s inappropriate. I left without my emergency being taken care of. I ended up looking up cracked teeth in my emergency medical handbook and went to the drug store for product to temporarily fill the gaping hole. The office manager not the dentist went over treatment options with me. I was leaving the country in two days and their focus was all on the long term permanent measure and I didn’t get to talk to the dentist about how to deal with my cracked tooth until I got back in the country. Also, I said I thought it cracked because I was grinding my teeth at night and that wasn’t addressed. The hygienist had an extensive plan for me with special toothpaste and an electric toothbrush but then again, great for long term but didn’t address my immediate issues. I kept having to remind everyone, what about my cracked tooth. Finally, I had seen a dentist 6 months prior who hadn’t seen any of the problems Aspen saw. Was the other dentist blind? Or is Aspen overzealous? I don’t know yet. But I am going to another dentist to get a second opinion. I really want to talk to a dentist about the best treatment avenue for me, not an office manager no matter how friendly or nice. And I want my concerns addressed. I don’t want to have to go to the drugstore and do a temporary patch myself. Don’t walk away from this place. RUN"

"Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt very safe and that the dentist actually valued my opinion. They worked with me on a payment plan and I am SO excited to finally have a plan to get my teeth fixed. I miss being able to smile sincerely!!!"
