"I had to bring my jeep to a repair shop after a car accident. Being new to the area I wasn't sure where to go and who to see....good mechanics are hard to find. Was referred to Chapman's from another auto shop that doesn't do body work but told me Chapman's does. Was so pleased with his work! He kept me informed, super responsive and reasonably priced. I had a hard time with my car insurance but not the mechanic. John at Chapman's was very good at explaining things and even on a time crunch to get my car back timely (no fault of his own, issue was the adjustor from the insurance moving too slow) he stayed late to get my jeep completed in time for a vacation. Recieved the jeep and it looked great,was so pleased with all he did. Definitely will use this mechanic for any issues I have going forward and highly recommend!! He does not disappoint!"
