"They are a great shop and do splendid work, but their downside is that they tend to forget what you request for them to do to your vehicle when conversing over the phone. My latest experience was when I requested them to change my brake pads and rotors, as well as change my oil, they either didn't replace the oil life sticker or completely didn't change the oil. Not upset just slightly let down as I have liked their services for a very long time."
