"I had some work that needed to be done on my gas tank. Other shops had turned me away Since the part that was needed is no longer produced. The guys at front line were able to complete the job and get me back on the road In a timely manner."

"We started using Frontline 3 years ago, and we will never go anywhere else! They fixed a vehicle that had been to another repair shop repeatedly but never successfully fixed. That other shop kept giving us a different diagnosis every time we took our vehicle in but the problem didn’t get resolved until we took it to Frontline. They are very busy and you have to wait a while for an appointment, but I have always found them to be honest and easy to communicate with. We recommend them often!"

"My opinion of the perfect mechanic is someone who communicates with the owner on what is going on with their vehicle at all times. Someone who, not only honors the warranty on parts but completes the warranted job right away. This does not describe this place. Don't get me wrong. Once they get to your vehicle, they do a good job...if you are willing to wait...and wait! There is at least a 2 week wait to get your vehicle in the shop. In the beginning, we were told that, once they get to the job, they stay on it until the job is completed. I guess that does not apply to warranty work. We had a warranty on a part which they honored but, again, we had to wait...and wait. This should be the exact opposite. If you have a warranted job, this job should be first priority. There was definitely a lack of communication as well as one person telling us one thing and another person telling us something completely different. Here's an idea! Talk to the customer. Let them know you can't get to the vehicle because something came up. No time to do that? Hire another mechanic. Also, when I asked when I would get my vehicle back, I was asked if I noticed the parking lot full of cars waiting to be fixed. Sorry, but that is not my problem. Even though the work is warrantied, I will not use this place ever again."
