"My car was in an accident in Elkhart and the police had it towed to this place. The insurance appraiser determined it was totaled so I needed to get my belongings out. He told us we could go anytime thos weekend. Apparently even though their hours say 24/7 you can only retrieve your belongings during business hours Monday through Friday. So now I have to miss work too! I will NEVER have my car towed here again for any reason. The man I spoke to was less than helpful or sympathetic. EDIT: I fixed your hours so know one else gets shafted by your false advertising."

"He was very friendly and helpful. I got a flat tire in what I thought was middle of nowhere. First he found us second he changed my tire so fast and was so nice. I am from the Upper Peninsula and I was very nervous being 100 of miles from home and not knowing anyone or about this company with my kids in my car he was amazing.
