"I have heard good things about LaVerne's, so I don't want to knock them too much. They have a beautiful facility and friendly staff. However....most places will check out your vehicle and give you a quote for free. Not LaVerne's. They charged my daughter almost $100 just to check out what the problem was with her A/C, then gave her a very inflated total price for if she were to have her car fixed there. My husband and my son and daughter had already priced out the part needing to be changed, and the total amount quoted was $700-$800 higher than the part cost. I get it that companies need to charge for labor, but $700-$800? If you get your vehicle fixed at LaVerne's, be prepared to pay an arm and a leg for it. We will never go there again for service."
"First time in taking a vehicle to LaVerne's. I scheduled an oil change with James for 7:15 AM and asked if he can have me out by 8:00 AM. I was on the road at 7:50 AM. Excellent service, great price and a promise kept! FIVE STARS!! Highly recommend!"
