"I called for a part, he checked and said he had it. I drive there early the next morning and he checked again and said he didn't have one. Wth? This dude has destroyed the favorite junk yard for miles around. I remember pulling parts there when I was a kid and starters were $15 if you pulled your own. It was always hopping! Management changed and the prices went up and the service became a joke! For a good junkyard go outside ionia county. Not to the north! Try east. It'll save you time and money!!"
"My van had been acting up, and when people in area wouldn't even help jump my car, I found out from a friend about this place. Reminded me of the shop my dad used to work in. Once I got the battery installed at home, and the van started, I cried. It had been a bit since my car worked, and when I got hospitalized for eight days, I came home to the dead car. I didn't know what to do because I couldn't afford a brand new battery, but I'm so thankful a friend telling me about this place"
"I called this place looking for a part, and the guy was very rude and basically no help at all. Had no way to confirm they actually had the part because they don’t inventory, was obviously not going to spend the five minutes to walk out and check, and wouldn’t even give a price for the part if they did have it. If they want to be rude and unhelpful over the phone, I’m certainly not driving there to be told they don’t even actually have what I need. Don’t waste your time calling this place, and definitely don’t bother going there. They don’t deserve the business."
