"Recently I had my first appointment with LaGrange Family Dentistry. It was an exceptional visit. Everyone was nice, kind, professional , and courteous. A great atmosphere and very clean. My technician (Aubrey?) and Dr. Troyer was very thorough on what they were doing. Even the receptionists were very courteous and pleasant. I was asked if I wanted water or a blanket. A nice touch was when I was asked if I wanted a lavender or lemon cloth over my forehead for a calming effect. I choose lavender. Definitely would recommend them a hundred times over :)."

"Everything about our first visit was A++. The lobby was welcoming, the staff was engaging and kind, and little extra pieces topped off the experience. From being given sunglasses for the exam so the hygienists headlamp didn’t shine to bright to music throughout the building (and even in the 360* xray machine!), the entire experience was way above what was expected. I also wasn’t sure how it’d go with not taking insurance, but they bill my insurance after paying up front, and even that was cheaper than other out-of-pocket expenses I’ve had at similar office situations. Lastly, my son gets very nervous at the dentist. Our last experience at another office was less than appealing for him. The hygienist with him talked with him the entire time, spoke “his” language, turned on the TV for him during his exam, and explained things as she went. He loved his appointment and is not afraid of the next one. If you haven’t tried this new office out yet, it is definitely worth your time."
