"This post is for my uncle I happened to be present during the interactions between the owner and my uncle. I was with him when he got his car. I had Don Tompkins work on my 1969 Ford Mustang and dropped off my car to him about 2 years ago. Every time I went to go check on my car to see any progress, Don would tell me the same story "I'll get to it when I get these other ones out." AS soon as those cars went out, more came in, and my car was just shoved to the side. Within those two years all Don has done was put primer on the car. The primer that he put on, I will have to take it all off before any other painter would even work on it. I went to get my car Saturday morning, the day that it snowed! He told me that my car was outside waiting for me, VERY RUDE. I don't know how long my car was sitting outside, but as an avid car collector, and it snowing over the weekend, this really pushed me over the edge. My advise, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TOMPKINS COLLISION! If this is how he treats customers, only getting a prime job done in 2 years?! Then this is no way to run a business. PLEASE SHARE."
"I was absolutely amazed at what my car looked like when I picked it up!! It looked brand new for a 2015. The work they did was perfect !!! They went above and beyond by not only fixing my car they cleaned the inside and outside. Highly recommend them!!!"
