"I've been a loyal patient at this dental office for a solid 10 years, consistently having positive experiences, especially with the hygienist. However, things took a nosedive after my longtime dentist left, and I had my first appointment with Jenny Grunberg. Unfortunately, it was far from pleasant. Jenny not only brushed off my questions but seemed more interested in pushing unnecessary procedures than addressing my concerns. After a decade of good experiences, it's disheartening to say that I wouldn't recommend Jenny to anyone ever."

"I've been going here for almost a decade and our experiences have all been wonderful. They take all kinds of dental insurance (including medicaid) so they're always busy, but the dental services are top notch. Seriously, you would be hard pressed to find better care in southwest Michigan."

"Did not like the Dentist or some of the staff. The Dentist is rude and I was told a lie about my insurance.Jenny Grunberg does not tell you what she is doing while working on you. I was unexpectedly stabbed in the roof of my mouth so naturally being unprepared my instinct was to grab her hands. She rudely told me not to grab her hands. I asked her what she did? She replied numbing you some more because you can still feel it. I said if you would have told me that I wouldn't have tried to grab your hand. Instead of apologizing she just said oh you would have had the same reaction even if I had told you. She was just rude. Then I was told for 3 visits that all the work I needed done was covered except for 2 crowns I needed. Then I get a bill for $500 and they told me ins. didn't cover that. They never billed the ins. And said they didn't because they never pay it anyway. Since when do you just send the patient a bill and not bill their ins. First??"

"Not a good experience to say the least. Although the hygienist I seen was very thorough, the dentist was terrible and her assistant, very rude. Especially, to my 8 year old.. and wouldn't allow me to be present, to comfort her. Didn't return for the rest of my dental work because of the botched job. I did schedule again with the hygienist for my husband and I, but we were unable to make it to our appointment. We were able to reschedule. But the office manager decided to cancel us, without telling us, so we found out at the time of my husband's appointment. Supposedly, if you miss one appointment, they cancel you as a patient? But allow you to reschedule first? Very confusing and unprofessional. Do not recommend this office."

"Consistently has to call ahead of time to push back my morning appointments because she is unable to manage her time with patients or her commute to work. It's very frustrating and as soon as I can, plan to switch providers in the future. Otherwise, great dental work and experiences but there's just a lack of respect being shown to customers."
