"I used to consistently love coming to get my nails done by my previous tech, would come every 2-3 weeks for months. Unfortunately when she went on a longer trip early 2023 my nails were ruined by a different tech that is no longer there and drilled too thin so I took a long time before going back. Went 2 weeks ago for dip for Valentine’s Day and my nails were ruined again - this time the tech rushed through my nails and tried getting me out in 20 minutes - shape and length was perfect at that point but they started peeling once she finished from rushing so we had to remove a top layer and I asked again about chrome to help with the uneven color and she went to file the shape/length - I stated that was fine and I didn’t need any less off, we didn’t touch that to remove a top layer. During the duration of chrome and finishing another 2-3 times I had to ask to not file any shorter and state length was good. My nails were extremely short and I was so unhappy with the length and felt rushed even though she took me as a call in appointment that day. The color with chrome is honestly what made me ok with the nails overall to keep them for 2 weeks but will unfortunately not be returning to get them redone."

"My 1st time at this location. I went here because a previous place did a horrible job. They got me in the same day. She did a wonderful job taking off the old nails. It didn't hurt at all. She was gentle, polite,and friendly. She did a cute job on the design I asked for. I would definitely be returning for more services"
