"Wow! I can’t say enough good stuff about this office!! Place is beautiful, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I don’t have insurance and had a coupon for $125 that covered my exam and cleaning and X-rays. I needed a little bit more of a cleaning then the cost of $125 was for but it wasn’t much and just paid it. I applied for care credit with the help of Mirna and got it!! My appointment was easy to get and I was in and out. I need a filling but am scheduled next week! My kids are going in soon also!! I would definitely recommend this office!!"

"Worst experience I’ve ever had. I walked out. I had a dental appointment at 10AM and an ortho consultation at 11AM. They were short staffed and short a dentist, which is understandable. I wasn’t called back until 10:40AM for x-rays. The x-ray tech didn’t wear gloves when handling the equipment, and a vest was not placed on me during xrays-? Perhaps that is new but in previous offices, I have always had a vest on during x-rays. After x-rays I was put back into the waiting room. At 11AM, I suggested to the front desk clerk to reschedule my appointment due to the staffing issue. But instead, they called me back. The orthodontist who saw me( I assume was the orthodontist but she never introduced herself) , told me I had an issue with a back tooth and that their xrays were not the right ones to tell me what the issue with that tooth is and that I needed to see the dentist. I was confused, bc part of my appointment today was with a dentist for an exam and cleaning. She told me we couldn’t move forward with braces until that tooth gets figured out , and that a person would see me to discuss cost of braces. I asked her if I would be seeing the dentist today because that was part of my appointment and she said no not today. I sat there for 10 more minutes totally confused why I wouldn’t be seeing the dentist today, and why would I discuss cost of braces if there was an obvious issue with a tooth that needed to be addressed. I got up and left. It was all handled so unprofessionally because I felt left in the dark during my wait and was never told my dental exam was canceled. I will not return, nor will I give a good referral. It was a total waste of time."

"The actual orthodontist is great but the scheduling is not. Sometimes you will be canceled on, and sometimes you won’t be able to get in touch with them. When I first started going to them they were open six days a week, now it’s only four. This is a very inconsistent dental office, please don’t let the price fool you. If I could redo things it would be to never have came here from the start. Edit: December 14, 2023: They called me Two days before my appointment to tell me that I have to reschedule because they are overbooked. If they knew this why am I just having to reschedule. Then proceeded to give me another appointment one month away. All I can say is wow."

"Very bad experience lately. I was forced to pay $1000 per kid as a payment with care credit because She ( Lady from Cooperate that now works at the office to get things done the correct way she told me) said the staff has been doing it wrong the whole time and that it wasn’t fair for the clinic to have to pay the interest and not us. I did not realize I was behind in a payment for braces because I went in in October for the kids appointment and told the ladies at the desk I want to be paid up until December however much that is so I wouldn’t have to worry about Novembers payment . They did not give me an accurate number . I trusted they were right and thought I over paid until December. I was talked down to completely and was told if I can make my monthly payment to care credit then I can give them a card now to make a payment with them. I told them I already made my payments to Care Credit and had I been told earlier in the year I’d have to pay $1000 for each of my kids as a payment if I used Care Credit then I would have never got braces at this office for my kids. Beyond upset how I was talked to and approached by this and did not feel heard at all. I had not had any other issues with any other staff since we’ve been there. This was just a horrible experience for me over the phone. I was also told as I was in tears that now that I’ve paid the $2000 for the kids with Care Credit then no one will bother me for a year. ( I also have 2 other charges with care credit with this office with deferred interest. How am I supposed to pay all of this in 6 months time?? I work at a school!) I was so upset by everything I had to have a family member calm me down and contacted Care Credit."
