"I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a used car in July now it has a brake issue. Had it in the shop for the issue they told me they couldn't reproduce it. But it sound like the master cylinder and to keep driving it till it fails. They also gave me a service paper out of Canada that said it was in the shop for a brake issue. Had issues with the brake pedal not pushing down called again they told me it was a safety issue now so bring it back in. I took it to a different dealership for a second opinion found out I was the 6th owner of the car and it was a commercial vehicle in Canada before I got it. They told me that they couldn't reproduce the breke pedal not pushing down. I still have issues with the brakes called and called Left message after message they still have yet to return my phone call. I went in on Friday I told them to buy the car back I am scared to drive it. Sales manager told me I had the car to long they can't buy it back. He said he would have the service manager call me Saturday or Monday morning. I have yet to receive a call. So I called sales manager left him a message to call still no call back. I've had enough I'm calling a lawyer and sending fox 17 problem Solvers a message."

"Bought a used 2013 Ford F150 from the Greenville store and well the morning after the transmission started slipping(only happens when it's cold truck was up to temp for the test drive). I was told it's because I wasn't use to a 6 speed transmission and when it persisted they said it was bought as is even though they said they did a thorough inspection. I would not recommend this dealership as they only want your money and not to even help when you spend $20000 on a vehicle. Luckily I found a place to rebuild the transmission for a decent price."

"0 stars. Wes in quick lube is rude and not welcoming. Much preferred the previous guy, that apparently got demoted because they hired a new GM who decided to hire his friends from previous dealership. I can’t believe they would do something like that."

"Parker was wonderful! We are very happy with our experience buying a family vehicle from Ed Cohen and his team. Mr. Kohen was also great as well. We had our 9 month old baby with us and felt very welcomed."

"Would not recommend. My service advisor was always in meetings and there was no communication between anyone. The written estimate was quickly written and didn't explain what was being done, what parts were being replaced, how many hours of work etc. It took me asking for a manager to finally get a call back and I ended up taking it to another shop"
