"Make sure when you buy a car from them, you go over it with a fine tooth comb before you hand them money. They sold us an Equinox with fixable issues but told us it was our problem. Extremely rude and arrogant once the transaction was complete. You're better off going to Tinney or Blake Hollenbeck where they actually understand customer service and care about the happiness and satisfaction of the customer."

"In the 38 years we've been buying cars, I can honestly say that we've never had a better experience than we did at Ray Winnie Auto Sales. Terri was AWESOME! I called to say we'd be coming out to look at a truck but that we would be getting there late. She was waiting for us when we walked in and already had a plate on the truck. She answered every question we had without hesitation, and without the usual high-pressure sales tactics. We never got the feeling that they were trying to hide anything. We agreed on a price and made arrangements to pick it up the following day. And get this - The owner drove 70 miles to pick my husband up to pick up the truck!! Does it get better than that?! I don't think so! This dealership is 80 miles from our home, and we'll drive it again the next time we need a car! The BIG dealerships should take notice. Ray Winnie is doing it right!"
