"My experience at MCDC was excellent! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful when checking me in. Hanna was my hygienist and she did a fabulous job with my cleaning. She made me feel comfortable and cared for. I've never had a more thorough cleaning! I would highly recommend My Community Dental Centers!"

"Despite what I went through the staff was very helpful and friendly especially the front desk. However, it was changes made with what Medicaid covered and the changes were not updated to me. When I was in the chair. The doctor was getting ready to numb me up with pain medicine with the needle and he failed to ask his helper. Did she use that numbing agent first. She forgot to either numb me or she didn’t know that he was going to do that procedure that soon after he finished checking my mouth. Either way that was a very careless mistake, I’m glad I caught it. If that would have been a new patient that wasn’t aware Of the procedure. It would have been very very hurtful and traumatizing for that patient. The doctor numb me, and I was still numb over 7 hours later. That was too long! I have never been numb that long he gave me too much numbing medicine. Not only that he didn’t even offer me any pain meds, such as ibuprofen for when the numbing medicine wears off. I have had two crowns done before at another dentist office. The doctor always asked me if I needed pain medicine. I had to call back in the office to get Pain meds sent to the pharmacy and no one never called me back to confirm if they were sent over or not. I’m highly disappointed with this visit. My children have been coming there for years I was very satisfied. That’s why I started going there But it was Harbor Dental. I don’t know if the staff is the same or not because I am a new patient there. This was only my third visit. I didn’t like the continuous, talking and chattering and playing through the office as well through the back, the girls was not professional enough in the back. Also, one girl was getting my things ready for my crown prep. One girl stated oh that’s a lot of work and the other girl stated that’s why I hate doing crown work. That was very unprofessional with a patient sitting in the chair."

"Absolutely love this dental office! Everyone is so helpful and caring. And even the dentist helps his assistants learn in a kind manner and always compliments their work! Angel, up front and her BFF are amazing at helping get you seen and your problems taken care of. And they are extremely knowledgeable when it come to insurance as well."

"I cracked a tooth overnight and they were able to get me in 1st thing the next morning. I'm not even an established patient there. The treatment I recieved from the initial call, the receptionist(who was lovely and amazing) to my med tech and dentist. Definitely a 5star experience and will be having all of my dental work done there."
