"Worst dentist office ever! They cannot get their scheduling right. I left work early 3 different times for appointments. When I arrived for my appointments they would say that I didn't have one although I had emails on my phone to prove that I did which I had confirmed the day before."

"Reading through all of the other one star reviews shows how typical my experience has become at Southshore. They book appointments out 6 months in advance and have now cancelled on me on short notice TWICE in the past year. Very ironic considering they implemented a $50 fee if you cancel less than two business days in advance. I called to reschedule and the next available appointment in the afternoon isn’t until June. The receptionist tried to push me to reschedule next week in the morning but that doesn’t fit with my work schedule. They really are only concerned with packing in the patients. Plus I can never build a relationship with my dentist because they’re constantly rotating new people in. It really is a shame because I liked them a lot when I first started coming here. If your goal is to “provide excellent dental care coupled with great customer service” maybe you should actually read and process what the low reviews are saying and make good faith changes instead of pasting the same tired PR response inviting your former patients to waste even more time of their time explaining what should be clear from the review."

"I just had my teeth examined and cleaned by Dr Behrend and dental hygienist Mrs Margery they listened to me with care and patience. Dr Behrend examined everything I asked him to examine and then some, he located my trouble and gave me real solutions and diagnosis. I felt that I was heard, and he was very pleasant to meet. It was the same with hygienist Margery she was very pleasant and a joy. She was ever so gentle when cleaning my teeth and she was thorough it was a very nice dentist visit and professional too! So refreshing for this day and time! Thanks Southshore Dentistry great job! Kirk Webster"

"The hygienist (Barb) that cleaned my teeth did a very good job. She stated that my teeth were not in bad shape since my last cleaning in June. I commented to her that I have never had a cavity in my 64+ years of life. The dentist said I have great teeth as well. Quick job today."
