"Went to get an oil change, and was told it would only take 30 minutes. The staff wasn't rude, but definitely felt rushed (not a huge deal, I guess) Went to go do some shopping and not 5 minutes later, I was paged to come back. They told me they couldn't change my oil because the bolt was "on too tight". I went to Quick Performance Plus, and they literally had no problem getting the bolt off and changed my oil, I was there maybe 15 minutes. Their staff was also very friendly at QPP ."

"I would like to give a shout out to a very helpful and kind young man (pretty sure his name is) Robert. He was steadily busy with customers one after the other. He did not stop. He came right up offered his help to me and took 2 batteries out of my trunk, took them inside, helped me get the correct size, then carried them out to put them back into my trunk. So, thank you, Robert and thank you Walmart with your kind employee and service."

"Spent 500 fifteen thousand miles ago on tires, road hazard with warranty on a brand new suspension. Been hearing road noise, bring it in to get my tires checked out and it's all just excuses of what they do and don't do, when they did exactly what they are saying they absolutely don't do, when I got the tires. Don't waste ur time, this service shop is a joke. Go somewhere else in my opinion, I know I'll never pay for it again here. Rather give a decent business my business than save money from now on. You think you save by coming here but I'll pay it out later"
