"5/5 stars I do most of my own work on my vehicles but when i can't get it done I'm VERY picky with the places I take my car. This was my 1st time here and I HIGHLY recommend this place! Called on a Thursday and they were able to get me in on Monday. My car smelled like gas inside the vehicle. So Monday they found there was a leak on my fuel pump in the back seat leaking fuel ontop of the pump. So I told then go ahead and fix it. They looked at the pump and it looked good so they just replaced the seal. That didn't work so they went on and did more research into what could cause this and they found there was a electrical connection that melts on these cars and can cause a lleak. So they called me let me know and I agreed on changing the whole fuel pump. So after that the problem was solved. Even after 3 days and extra labor they charged me the exact price they had originally quoted me and they did excellent work! Thank you guys again for the quick and great service!!"

"I stopped on my way home from work when my check engine light came on and my car wasn't driving right. It was 5:30 pm and they closed at 6pm. They offered to let me leave it for the weekend (it was Friday) and they could get started on it on Monday. All the techs had left, they were open only for pick ups, drop offs, etc. As James was walking out the door, he stopped to listen to my problem. Everyone was so attentive and helpful. I said I'd go make phone calls to arrange for leaving it for the weekend. As I was sitting in my car, James came out and asked me to pop the hood. He hooked up the computer, figured out the issue (quick, simple fix thank God) and fixed it right then and there in their parking lot and did not charge me. They saved me the hassle of trying to find someone to pick up my kids and get home from Lowell, I live in Ionia, and having my kids be picked up late from daycare. Also having to find a vehicle to drive to work Monday. I was completely blown away by their selfless service. I will go out of my way to take my vehicle to them. Thank you so much!"
