"Enterprise BR got me into a Nissan Sentra loaner car as part of a car repair. She was clean, new, and drove great. The counter people walked me though the pieces quickly with little distraction. They did not try any hard sells, they were not pushy or rude at all. It was a very pleasant rental. I dropped the card off at the repair shop and have had no issues after the return. They were the model of efficiency."

"Worst experience I’ve ever had. I got in an accident and need a rental car. I’ve been calling them all day & there hasn’t been anyone answering. I can’t go there since my car is in a shop. They also have on their website that this location offers pick up, yet when I called general customer service they said they don’t. Just a miserable, helpless experience."

"Customer service was great, I was treated with respect. A big thank you to Brandon, who made sure that my rental would be suitable for my needs. He was very pleasant to do business with. Location - in strip mall, it's decent. Hours - 9 - 5, they weren't busy when I arrived. Enterprise could update the store. It feels like you're in a building that they just put some mismatched carpeting down and put a couple desk to the side. Not comfortable at all!"
