"A good practice with the latest technology. Would recommend if you don’t mind hardly ever seeing Dr. Papp as the hygienists perform a majority of the work. I’ve been a loyal patient for years and the past 5 years my appointments consistently get cancelled for lack of hygienist availability and turnover."
"We have visited the office twice so far. No complaints on the procedures my husband received however, after the surgery, the office neglected to make the follow up call as they had said in the discharge paperwork. We had to call the office after few months later to ask what was next. No apologies for thier screw up, they acted as though it was no big deal. We have had bad experiences with the front desk stuff each time we have come to the cascade office. Front desk stuff are not friendly, very arrogant, rude and unprofessional, tone of voice very aggressive and condescending, no sense of privacy during the intake process, they scream out loud patient info, when talking about payments, they treated my husband as though he couldn't afford the paying them, made us very uncomfortable in how they talked to us. The communication is horrible. This is about the cascade office."
