"It's a Dominos, you get what you expect. Staff is always polite and timely with orders. Over the past 2 or so years, the only issues I've ever had was that twice I got a different cut than requested; no problems large enough to remove a star."

"Ordered a pizza waited for it to be delivered when it said it was, I called the Dominos and explained to them I never received it. The girl on the phone said “there’s a glitch on the online tracker, he’s on his way”. I waited 20 more minutes then I get a call from a woman asking me if I was ——— ————, I said I was and she said she has a Dominos delivery with my information on the receipt at her home. I said thanks for letting me know. I called back Dominos and told them they delivered it to an address not even close to mine the number or the name of the street. I asked to speak to a Manager and the girl said she was. Her name was Ryan or Riley and she was extremely rude and snotty so I said “just refund my money, I will order from someplace else”. She just stood on the phone. I said “hello” and she snapped back, “I’m refunding it, what else do you want me to do”. I had her on speaker phone and the people at my house could not believe how rude and snotty she was. Not one apology or how can we make it right just rude! Now I see why they have a 3.6 score on reviews."
