"Took my truck in for an oil change, after waiting almost 4hrs I asked what was going on and if they were done yet. Told “they are trying to get your truck started”. After about 5 1/2hrs of waiting I’m finally able to pull out into a spot. The next morning my husband tried to start the truck and the dash lit up like a Christmas tree and the truck wouldn’t turn over. There was a giant puddle of oil underneath our truck and our coolant was drained (we check fluid levels before service to see if we need to ask them to top it off). The cherry on top was they never sent a work order to our company so they weren’t even allowed to touch our truck. This was the worst service we’ve ever had, and the worst service my husband has had in his 10yrs of driving. If you want to stay in service and not sit in a hotel while your truck gets fixed at a dealership, try a TA."
"DOT Inspection: attempted to replace two slack adjusters but forgot to put all the pieces back on for the steer tire slack adjuster. If your "mechanic" is Hunter Meyaard, run..."
"I just disagree enormously with the "Good reviews" this place has, on 05/23/2023 I took my truck to do PM Service wich didn't wait to get in no line ...when done left towards Chicago and stop at Pilot Burns Harbor IN to overnight and head to deliver in the morning When trying to crank up truck in AM just didn't get fuel to burn was trying and trying till I started checking what's happen ...The transparent case on front right of truck had missing spring to hold the fuel filter in place...I had to call Road service, a very experienced Mechanic arrived and quickly deducted filter problems ....Just had the PM Service less than 24 hrs before...fuel was leaking in one filter which was improperly placed sucking air to the fuel lines, besides extremely tight, had to replace it and the spring on one filter as well After that was running like a brand new The guys at Loves Holland MI shouldn't be allowed to get even close to a big rig they're young and looking for any possible job but Trucking is not for kids Is a Bussines for full grown men Terrible place never get back Highly NOT RECOMMENDED"
