"Went in on Sat but couldn't do oil change...socket was busted...seeing I waited a while the worker said come back on Mon tell them what happened and you need a new plug and discount...mind you I have been going there for 5 plus years...it was always the same guys never had a problem...I go in and there is this blonde Ken lookalike that will not pay attention to what I am telling him and saying yeah ill get it ogf...the other guy was in therewith him and they get it off...so I dthey do the oil change but never checked air in tires then today driving my car I hear a gurgling g sound so I think oh great now what...they didn't fill my reservoir with water...I felt rushed, not listened to and for all of that I get a 10% discount...I will not have my car serviced if he is there again...only with the guy that was there on Saturday the9th...it's to bad to because I never had any issues before.."
