"I grew up going to this dentistry, as a kid they were awesome…. To my childhood knowledge….. but now that I’m an adult, things have changed….. recently I referred my fiancé to this place of business for her to have some teeth work done. Every phone call and or interaction with the front desk we were treated very poorly and the receptionist was rude. Like we were wasting her time. Always acted very annoyed that we called/inconvenienced her. Also my fiancé was having a few teeth pulled for the first time so she was very nervous and she was not shy about letting doc or the tech know how she was feeling. We had no issues with the tech but Dr gano seemed annoyed and wasn’t really comforting to reassure there was nothing to worry about. Definitely just felt like everyone that is employed there is just there for a paycheck including Dr gano. In my eyes in a dentist establishment, your are there for your patients and help them heal and help through any worry-sum feeling they may be having just like you regular doctors office.Not to make them feel like they are your paycheck and a inconvenience. Also, we did owe for the last work that was done. We received one phone call about 2 weeks after the procedure ask to make up the balance ( we did pay some down before we left the visit) but the receptionist didn’t even give my fiancé a chance to explain why we needed more time to pay are bill. Unfortunately with Christmas right around the corner and us in the middle of moving into a new home, money became tight. Not once did they try to reach out after the first phone call and or send us a bill in the mail for what we owed, today we called and went to pay off are balance and pay in full for her next procedure but they just decided to send us to collections for a 190 dollar bill just after 2 1/2 months which is now 260 due to interest and told us she can no longer be a patient and then wanted to charge us 50 bucks for her own dental records. They wouldn’t even hear my fiancé out when she was trying to explain are financial situation why we weren’t able to pay right away. I will not recommend this establishment to anyone, Dr Gano dental office is in it just for the money!!! All they see is dollar signs and don’t care about the lower class people. Really sad I had do to this review….. the environment in this office is way different than when I was a kid. PATIENTS BEWARE!!!"

"I have gone to Dr Gano since I was a child and I used to trust his office. My work recently switched dental insurance, and at my last visit I provided them with my new information. I was told my insurance was run and that I was good to go, I was not told that they were an out of network office for my new insurance. I was just very rudely requested to pay a $92 bill on a service that would have been covered 100% if they had bein network. Julie argued with me over the phone that my insurance would not have covered my visit even if they had been in network, which is absolutely not true. A preventative care visit is at no cost to me under my in network only plan, they are simply not in my network and didn’t inform me of that at the time of my visit. Know that this office has no problems being slimy to you whether you are a new patient or a long time established patient who brings your entire family to them. Edited to say Meredith called to speak with me about the way Julie handled my situation and I will be receiving a refund for the bill that I paid."

"I have gone to this office for over ten years. It's a very comfortable environment, everyone is super friendly and they're great with children. If you're someone who is nervous about going to the dentist, I don't think you could ask for a more relaxed environment. Dr. Gano is very knowledgeable, skilled at dental work, and I've never felt pushed to do more work than necessary. I've found them to be very flexible and understanding when it comes to insurance and scheduling issues. I couldn't ask for more in a dental office."

"Had an appointment with Dr. Gano today for the first time and was was very satisfied with the entire experience. The reception staff was very friendly, the hygienist I saw was more than professional, and Dr. Gano himself was an overall nice guy. Would definitely return for any further dental needs and would recommend to all of my friends ."
