"Ben at German Auto worked with my schedule in getting a PPI of a car in Grand Rapids. They quickly scheduled an indepth review of the vehicle. Answered all my questions or concerns about the vehicle. German Auto identified some maintenance and minor repairs that needed to be addressed before my purchase. Based on their inspection, I bought the car, had German Auto do some work on the car, and had no problems on a 2000 mile road trip. Car purred all the way home."
